personally i think one of the best things is my man doing his thing in JEANS and a T SHIRT, proving you don’t need fancy clothes to make a demo infact this looks more reaistic this way. There is a saying “a bad teacher = a bad student.” and this clip is all the proof needed that the opposite is also true. thankyou for sharing this and all your other hard work it is so rare to come across someone you shares his knowledge and wisdom so freely. i really admire the real approach you have.

Yes the form is Yin style. Cao style is a sub-branch of Yin style BaGuaZhang passed on by Yin Fus student Cao Zhongsheng. Who was one of Yin Fus favorite disciples, he received the full transmission from Yin Fu and was well-versed in all the techniques of Yin style.

i saw that kind of circle walking by a group in chang chung (Ji lin province) they said it was a mix Pi gua and Baji practice but even at the time i wondered. i was there to learn Baji so perhaps that is why they said that. they totally had the hand pointing with the thumb in. well perhaps that is where it was from
