Hi!,
Thank you for the nice response. Incisions on the side of the nostrils are called “weir” incisions and are done right in the crease of the skin. My suturing techniques have been perfected over the years as not to show any incision site after the fact and I also suggest using a homeopathic scar gel to help promote nicer faster healing. If you look on my website you can see tons of after photos of this type of incision.
